We offer Special Purpose Machines. This Machine is used for Rough Boring and Plunge facing of component. The component is loaded and held firmly in a hydraulic fixture. Boring and facing tools are carried in a sturdy boring unit mounted on a hydraulic slide. On pressing cycle start Push Button boring spindle starts rotation and the unit moves in rapid feed, changes over to set slow feed and boring is done to required size.
This Machine is used for Rough Boring and Plunge facing of component. The component is loaded and held firmly in a hydraulic fixture. Boring and facing tools are carried in a sturdy boring unit mounted on a hydraulic slide. On pressing cycle start Push Button boring spindle starts rotation and the unit moves in rapid feed, changes over to set slow feed and boring is done to required size. At the set distance spindle changes over to slow speed and plunge facing is done. On completion boring unit is braked & slide returns back and stops. The component is declamped and ejected in to a chute to be directed to a bin.



•During cutting copious amount of coolant is supplied at the cutting edge for cooling.
•A hydraulic power pack provided the necessary hydraulic power for slide movements & clamping.
•An electrical control cabinet with PLC provides necessary electrical cycle for automation operations.

தொண்டமான்பட்டி கிலுவமலையில் காட்டுமாடுகளுக்கு சரணாலயம்: வனம், மக்களை காக்க நடவடிக்கை தேவை

மதுரை: மதுரை மாவட்டம் அழகர்கோவில் மலை அருகே கிலுவமலையில் காட்டுமாடுகள் அதிகம் உள்ளன. இவற்றை காக்க அப்பகுதியை சரணாலயமாக மாற்ற வனத்துறை நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். மதுரை அருகே சத்திரப்பட்டி,தொண்டமான்பட்டி, கடவூர், வெளிச்சநத்தம், சால்வார்பட்டி, முடுவார்பட்டி, உசிலம்பட்டியை உள்ளடக்கியது கிலுவமலை. பரப்பு 883.19 எக்டேர். கடல் மட்டத்திலிருந்து 200 மீட்டர் உயரம் கொண்டது. உலர் பசுமை மாறாக் காடுகளான இதில் கிலுவை, கனுப்பாலை, மகிளம், காரை, குடைவேலன் உட்பட பல்வேறு மரங்கள், முட்புதர்கள் உள்ளன. காட்டுமாடுகள் (இன்டியன் கார்), உடும்பு, விலா, முயல், பாம்பு, நரி, செந்நாய், குரங்கு உட்பட பல்வேறு விலங்குகள் வசிக்கின்றன. சிறுத்தைகள் நடமாட்டம் இருப்பது தெரியவந்துள்ளது. காட்டுமாடுகள் எண்ணிக்கை இங்கு அதிகம். இவற்றிற்கு போதிய உணவு, தண்ணீர் கிடைக்காததால் கிலுவ மலையிலிருந்து இரவு மற்றும் அதிகாலை நேரங்களில் இறங்கி, விளைநிலங்களுக்குள் புகுந்துவிடுகின்றன. மா மரங்கள் மற்றும் மொச்சை, தட்டைப்பயறு, சோளம், கம்பு பயிர்களை ஒடித்து உண்கின்றன. வேம்பரளி வேளாண் வனவியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மையத்திற்குள் அரியவகை சவுக்கு, முள்ளில்லாத மூங்கில் குருத்து இலைகளை உண்கின்றன. கடம்பமரக்கன்றுகளை முறிக்கின்றன. இதனால், மரங்களின் வளர்ச்சி, ஆராய்ச்சி பாதிக்கிறது. ஆபத்தானவை: வனப்பகுதிக்குள் சிறு குறிஞ்சான், நிலவேம்பு சேகரிக்கச் செல்வோரும், விளைநிலங்களில் விவசாயிகளையும் கொம்பால் குத்தி காயம் ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. கடவூரைச் சேர்ந்த விவசாயி பாக்கியம் கூறியதாவது: காட்டு மாடுகள் கூட்டமாக இரவு 7 மணி, அதிகாலை 5 மணிக்கு விளைநிலங்கள் மற்றும் குடியிருப்பு பகுதிகளுக்குள் புகுந்துவிடுகின்றன. மா மரங்களை ஓடித்து இளம் தளிர்களை விரும்பி சாப்பிடுகின்றன. இதனால் மரங்களின் வளர்ச்சி பாதிக்கிறது. காடுகளில் வேலைபார்த்துக்கொண்டிருந்தவர்களை குத்தியதில், மூன்றுபேர் பலியாகிவிட்டனர். அச்சத்துடன் வாழ்கிறோம். வனத்துறை அதிகாரி ஒருவர் கூறியதாவது: இவ்வனப்பகுதியில் வேட்டையாடும் மிருகமான புலி இல்லை. இதனால், காட்டு மாடுகளின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித் து உள்ளது. தடுப்பணைகள் அமைத்துள்ளோம். அதில் தேங்கியுள்ள நீரை காட்டுமாடுகள் பருகுகின்றன. வெளியேறும் மாடுகளை மக்கள் துணையுடன் வனப்பகுதிக்குள் விரட்டிவிடுகிறோம். மா, சோளம், நாவல் காட்டுமாடுகளை மிகவும் கவர்பவை. இவற்றை விவசாயிகள் சாகுபடி செய்வதை தவிர்க்கலாம். மாடுகள் விளைநிலங்களில் புகுவதை தடுக்க, சூரிய மின் வேலி அமைக்கலாம். ஒட்டன்சத்திரம், கரூர், பல்லடம், தாராபுரம் வனப் பகுதி விளைநிலங்களில் விலங்குகள் புகுவதை தவிர்க்க, கிலுவை மர கிளைகளை நட்டு "உயிர்வேலி' அமைத்துள்ளனர். அதை இப்பகுதி விவசாயிகள் பின்பற்றலாம். கிலுவை மரங்கள் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளில் புதர்போல் நெருக்கமாக வளர்ந்துவிடுவதால், விலங்குகள் உள்ளே புகுவதை தடுக்க முடியும். அல்லது குடை வேலன் மர வகையை சேர்ந்த "மெல்லிபெரா' அல்லது மூங்கில் மரக்கன்றுகளை வேலியாக நடலாம். கிலுவமலையை காட்டுமாடுகள் சரணாலயமாக மாற்றுவது பற்றி சில ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் அதிகாரிகள் ஆய்வு செய்தனர். அது கிடப்பில் உள்ளது என்றார். வனம், வனவிலங்குகள், மக்களை காக்க கிலுமலையை காட்டுமாடுகள் சரணாலயமாக மாற்ற வேண்டும்.
